Midnight Confections began with a heartwarming tradition: helping family bake pies, cookies, and candies during holidays. Watching everything come to life from scratch sparked a lifelong passion. After a career pivot during the pandemic, I pursued a formal baking education, earning an associates in baking and pastry. This journey led me to perfect the art of gourmet cookies, cupcakes, and other treats, turning a cherished hobby into Midnight Confections.
